Most of the time, we are talking about accepting people that is different from us.

You’re educated, the other is not.
You’re old and he is young.
You have ambitions, the other doesn’t.
He takes drugs, steal and do all the bad stuff. You don’t.
You’re a parent, your children screw things up.

But some times we gonna think about accepting those people that are smiliar to us.

People that have the same faith as you.
People in your organisation, studied and went through the same thing as you.
People that believes in the same thing as you.

Sometimes it more difficult to accept these people.
You already mindset that things are supposed to be done in a certain way. And you think that they should do the same.

Money

Fame

Achievements

But I think originally power is found when a group of people come together and agree to do something.

I think usually people don’t put their favourite song as their ringtone.

Because they are gonna hate it soon!

They used to listen to it on their playlist and feel happy about it.

Now when they hear it, they are reminded to answer their phone. Perhaps it’s more work to do? Perhaps it’s someone that keeps contacting you but you do not want to pick it up.

Hmm… I think people just can’t adapt to this. When their favourite people just talk to them and remind them about stuff. Favourite people are probably people’s best friends, people they like or their girl/boyfriend.

Change is the only constant in life. I must accept changes and live with them happily!

Aim to be secure, unselfish and able to handle blows!

You’re not tall but you definitely move very fast when you play sports.

You’re good looking.

You’re able to think of solutions though not very quickly.

People like to be around you.

You can make people very happy!

People get their therapy by laughing when they hang out with you.

All your good friends are fantastic people.

You have a in build training system in your body that makes you able to improve all the time.

To some people, you’re have a very sincere and real personality.

You have this hunger and curiousity to always know more which has been dead in many people.

Your wavy hair makes you special.

You will never run out of creativity.

You got this patience that will never run out when you’re teaching someone something.

God loves you much more than you think He does.

These are things that people can say to me when I emo. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I might not be very successful, I only taste a little bit of success here and there. I might not be the smartest and the most talented guy around. I may not be in the richest family. Who’s rich who’s not is still not decided haha! But, I definitely am the HAPPIEST MAN!

We rely alot on mobile phones for communication. I was wondering what will happen if one day there isn’t any mobile phone?

How did the churches in the past meet together? I mean how do they arrange a timing that make sure everyone is there? Make sure that there isn’t anyone having last minute changes? Make sure that everyone won’t be late? How did they make sure that one group of them go out together and none of them will be left out and get lost in the shopping center or the market?

- Probably the people in the past because of this inconvenience will always keep to their timing and won’t be late.

- Probably people will become sharper and listen more attentively to instructions.

- Probably people are more sure of what they do and doesn’t make last min changes over the phone.

Hmm… Just random thoughts HAHA!!! Whether the phone has made people less given to details, given the fact that people can just conveniently attain information again by asking the same question over the phone? 

Btw, try not to use your phone when

1) You’re charging your phone. Just think of it, you fully charge your phone and you can use it for 2 full days. Can you imagine the amount of heat and power being released and transferred when you’re actually using that phone?

2) When it is down to one bar of battery life left. Cause it emits 100 more times radiation to get the signals it requires when you make a call or you send your text messages.

I quit being ordinary.

I quit not telling the truth.

I quit being unable to keep the promise.

I quit being unfaithful towards my God and everyone else.

I quit bullying people.

I quit spending money anyhow.

I quit being not focus.

I quit being so short fused. (Meaning easily pissed)

I quit feeling lousy about myself.

I quit having low dreams.

I quit looking ugly.

I quit LAN. LOL!

I quit being rude to my leaders.

I quit replying super slow.

I quit not giving a call back when I see missed calls.

I quit not exercising.

I quit keeping quiet when I’m unhappy about stuff.

I quit drinking so much.

I quit sleeping late near midnight.

I quit bad time management.

I quit bad budgeting.

I quit making people misunderstand that I like them.

I quit complaining about camp.

Afterall, I am a quitter. LOL!

Just visualise yourself throwing in the towel on all these daily.

If not the theme park won’t be safe for us to use. Unstable and super unappealing.

This is likely to the following which is the most important part of our lives.

Yes, we need to sleep.

1. It regulates important hormones.

An important hormone will be released to your body and indicate that it is “full” if you sleep enough. A person who usually don’t sleep enough have appetite problems. So, who says that people that sleep alot are usually fat? No true.

2. It slows down the aging process.

Beauty sleep is not called beauty sleep for no reason. Just look at someone with very disciplined sleeping timing, they do look younger. Just like my mum.

3. It builds a stronger immnune system.

You kill bacteria, viruses and cancerous cells better.

4. It improves your brain function.

You think better, you are more alert.

5. It reduces cortisols level.

Which makes people less prone to depression.

You know 150 billions dollars are lost every year in the whole world due to the lack of sleep in the people?

Hmm…

Lets do a calculation,

You need 8 hours of sleep a day.

And lets say you work 8 hours everyday.

So, one day you decided to sleep 6 hours, so the next day you only operate 75% of your normal productivity.

So, by spending 75% of your productivity, you need to spend more time to do your work which calculates to be around 3 hours more for you to finish your work.

Then you decided that you sleep 4 hours, so on the next day you only operate at 50% of your normal productivity. So you need another 8 hours to finish your work.

And it goes on and on. You just have lesser and lesser time to do your work.

So I have decided to always sleep early and don’t facebook so much, don’t tweet so much, dont msn so much. Probably I would reduce on playing L4D as well. HAHA

For us that believe in the bible,

There is something called seed time and harvest and different seasons of our lives. But regardless of the seasons, there would always be a day and a night.

And sleeping at night is like a trusting for God to bless us while we work hard in the day. It is trusting God to work for us while we rest.

And YOU that is reading my post at 2am, better sleep k. HAHA! Good night

Then I told him, but people only quarrel over small things… Don’t they?

Just think about the things you quarrel with people, it is always not the big things. It is always something small!

Quarreling over small issues like,

1) Your bro bathed too long in the toilet

2) Your dad used your toothbrush

3) Your mummy walked in and talk alot while you’re watching your favourite tv show

4) Your sister lost one of your stuff

5) Your friend is late yet not apologise

6) Your guitar student don’t practice yet insisted he practice… LOL!

Think of the big issues, you won’t usually quarrel because things are so serious that you need to handle it calmly and super well. You don’t really wanna quarrel or argue anything. So all of these below either make people so angry/sad that they don’t wanna talk about it, or they will accept it and try to help you.

1) Your dad tells your mum he just lost his job.

2) You failed your exams and needa retain and you tell your brother that.

3) You commit a crime and police came to your house to catch you.

4) You tell your girlfriend you cheated on her.

5) You tell mummy that you made someone pregnant.

YUP! So don’t be annoyed by the fact that you quarrel with someone over small stuff. The truth is people only quarrel over small matters. HAHA

Had this conversation yesterday about forgiveness yesterday.

We often talk about forgiving and forgetting that goes hand in hand.

“Forgive and forget” like what our schools always teach us.

But sometimes we just can’t forget certain things although we forgive already.

Like, you and your friends went to this shopping mall years back. And then you went to the washroom and you asked your friends to wait for you out there. They saw something else that caught their attention and they went off! You’re super angry with them but after a few days you just dont feel as angry and forgive them. But your memory is super good that you cant forget that incident. Everytime you walk past that part of the shopping mall you would think of it and laugh a little bit. HMM… We just sometimes can’t forget some experiences like that.

But what we can forget is that pain, forget that feeling that you felt when you come out of the toilet, forgive that anger you had and you totally don’t want to talk to anyone.

Only bring that thing up to laugh about it, not to remind anyone of their mistakes.

Don’t bitch about it anymore.

When the memories come again, it isn’t that painful anymore.

Most of the time, we do forgive but at a really really slow rate. My friend used to tell me, when girls forgive you it’s by installment. May 20% everyday and it takes 5 days?

HAHA! So, forget the pain and quicken your pace of forgiving people if they are really remorseful about it.
